Let your cat be your best friend

Cats aren't either dogs or humans, so don't expect them to act like that. Cat's are independent and will consider you as being a cat, an older cat who takes care of them. All our care makes them fell like an infant all life trough, so it's natural that sometimes they pout or take too far the playtime.

Thus:
cat bite hand
Never let your cat play ferociously with your hand or other parts of your body. To him, that's a natural thing, as it's a common cat's play. Living with humans means they also need to learn how to play with us.
Instead of letting him bite, don't run away nor be violent! Let your hand rest (don't move it), and give him a fluffy toy (about his size, or smaller), and play with it with him, like these right beneath:
You'll see things will get better as you continue to use this technique!

Never use violence as a way of teaching them whatever. Instead, try to understand what he wants, and why he does that. As a "superior" human sure you can find a way to go around the problem or cease the source of the behaviour.
Trust your intelligence and ask for help if needed! A good veterinary is also there to help!
